A Preliminary, Non-Binding Finding Of Misconduct In Election Challenge Bar Case
The District of Columbia Hearing Committee that is conducting proceedings with respect to allegations brought against three attorneys accused of misconduct in election denying litigation in the 2020 Presidential election heard closing arguments of counsel today.
