We are learning about what led to the arrest of a local criminal defense attorney in a newly released arrest report.
Gary Guymon is facing serious charges, including solicitation to commit murder and sex trafficking.
Police allege that Guymon used his professional position to coerce victims into engaging in sexual activities with him and others.
The 60-page arrest report details some intense messages Guymon sent to one of the women reporting him.
In one, he threatened the woman to smash the teeth out of the woman’s mouth and then have his father or brother fix them.
The woman reporting also detailed how Guymon purchased her a 2021 Range Rover and leased an apartment for her and then their relationship went sour around October 2024.
On multiple occasions, he would describe himself as a “gorilla pimp,” which is what investigators say refers to a pimp who is known to be physically violent towards his prostitutes.
Additionally, he is accused of intimidating a witness and conspiracy to commit murder, though many details regarding the latter charge have been redacted from the report.
During an interview with detectives, Guymon denied all claims.
Guymon is scheduled to appear in court on March 6.
