Clark Bar Case Argument Today

The District of Columbia Board of Professional Responsibility will hear oral argument today at 2 pm in the Jeffrey Clark case.

Disciplinary Counsel will contend that the hearing committee’s proposed two-year suspension should be increased to disbarment; Respondent will contend that no sanction be imposed.
