Suspension For Unauthorized Practice

An in-house attorney for Raytheon Company has been suspended for 60 days by the Arizona Presiding Disciplinary Judge.

The attorney had practiced while suspended due to his non-compliance with CLE obligations, giving advice to the company on federal government contracting matters from February 2021 to September 2024.

He had self-reported the misconduct. (Mike Frisch)
