Busy Days

Ohio Disciplinary Counsel has filed a complaint alleging that an attorney admitted in 2018 had overbilled for court-appointed counsel compensation.

The complaint alleged eight instances of billing more than 24 hours in a day, ten stances of 20-24 hours in a day and twenty four instances of billing 16-20 hours a day.

The Ohio Public Defender filed the grievance. (Mike Frisch)
