The Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission notes a recent disbarment

Respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a Stipulation for Consent Order of Discipline, pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5), which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #64. The stipulation contained respondent’s acknowledgment that he was convicted by guilty plea, on February 15, 2024, of two counts of forgery of [sic] document affecting real property; and two counts of uttering and publishing a document affecting real property, in violation of MCL 750.248b and MCL 750.249b, felony offenses, and that his conviction constituted professional misconduct.
