A complaint has been filed by the director of the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct alleging misconduct by a candidate for judicial office.

The complaint charges the candidate with the dissemination of false information or reckless disregard for the falsity of information that stated his opponent had been “repeatedly criticized for misleading the court” and referenced two court decisions.
