The Neverending Story

As night follows day, Jeffrey Clark has just filed a motion for additional briefing in his District of Columbia bar discipline case to allow for consideration of the purported impact of the recent United States Supreme Court cases (immunity and administrative procedure) on the prosecution.

Disciplinary Counsel does not oppose the motion.

Click here to Access Cases of Public Interest and then click on In re Jeffrey B. Clark.

If you click on the link to the cases against Julia Z. Haller and Brandon C. Johnson, there are (by my count) eleven motions posted this afternoon seeking all sorts of relief.
