The Arizona Presiding Disciplinary Judge has accepted a consent sanction and admonished an attorney for a conflict of interest

Generally speaking, Ms. Gillespie Strub violated ER 1.7 by representing both mother and daughter in a civil proceeding where their interests and positions were potentially in conflict.
