Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride

Counsel for Jeffrey Clark has filed the witness list for the upcoming hearing, which suggests (irrelevantly in my view) a desire to attempt to relitigate the 2020 election.

The list includes former Attorney Geneal Edwin Meese, Mark Meadows and current U.S. Congressmen Scott Perry and Matt Gaetz.

I say irrelevant because the charges are that his so-called Proof of Concept letter contended that there was an active Department of Justice investigation into election irregularities when in fact there was not. (Mike Frisch)
