Clark Appeal Heard

Oral argument was held today before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals (Associate Judges Deahl and Howard and Senior Judge Glickman) concerning Jeffrey Clark’s assertion of his Fifth Amendment rights and claim that the court lacks jurisdiction to discipline him.
