Deferral Denied For Jeffrey Clark

The District of Columbia Board on Professional Responsibility has denied Jeffrey Clark’s motion to defer disciplinary proceedings pending resolution of criminal charges in Georgia and the ongoing investigation by the Office of Special Counsel.

The order was entered on Friday and adopts the reasoning of the Hearing Committee that had recommended that it be denied.
