Jeffrey Clark Prehearing Set

Well, it looks like the long delayed disciplinary hearing involving one Jeffrey Clark may be back on track (although I suspect more delaying tactics to be deployed on behalf of the Respondent in light of his indictment in Georgia).

The District of Columbia Hearing Committee entered an order on October 6 setting a prehearing conference on zoom on October 19 at 10 am.

The parties are directed to meet and confer prior to that time to fund a mutually-agreeable hearing date.
