Clark Prehearing

The District of Columbia Hearing Committee is now conducting a prehearing conference in the long-delayed Jeffrey Clark disciplinary prosecution. 

Unfortunately it can only be seen in real time.

Clark’s counsel has announced he intends to call 42 witnesses including legal ethics experts. 

The committee chair Merril Hirsh (in my opinion) is expressing frustration over the delaying tactics of Respondent.

He also noted concern about the apparent hostility of opposing counsel for each other, which he stated was not reflected in their zoom appearances before the committee. (Mike Frisch)
