Annual Dues

The Pennsylvania Office of Disciplinary Counsel has requested a show cause order seeking a temporary suspension based on an attorney’s recent criminal conviction.

The pleading states that Respondent used a client’s credit card without authorization to pay his 2021-22 attorney registration fees, a payment to the Philadelphia Bar Association and four separate hotel charges.

He was sentenced to one-to-twenty three months in the Bucks County Correctional Facility followed by five years of probation with other conditions that include employment “but not as an attorney.” (Mike Frisch)
