An associate attorney listed as employed in the Fayetteville Arkansas office of Kutak Rock LLP has been charged in a Petition for Disbarment filed by the Arkansas Office of Professional Conduct.
The allegations relate to a felony conviction for battery in the second degree
On the evening of March 14, 2020, Musgraves attended a wedding where he consumed alcoholic beverages. Despite his consumption of alcohol that evening, Musgraves decided to drive himself home. The following events took place after that decision:
a. Musgraves, while intoxicated, drove a vehicle on U.S. Hwy 412, a divided highway, for several miles into oncoming traffic.
b. Musgraves crashed head on into a vehicle operated by James Todd. Mr. Todd was traveling home from work when the crash occurred on the White River bridge near Hindsville, Arkansas.
c. Mr. Todd sustained an open right arm fracture, an open right ankle fracture, and an abdominal wall contusion because of the head-on collision with Musgraves.

A Fayetteville law associate was arrested for first degree battery.
Zachary Musgraves, 27, was arrested Wednesday. According to court documents filed the incident happened on or about March 14, 2020.
Musgraves drove his vehicle 13-miles into oncoming traffic after drinking alcohol and struck another person head-on causing serious physical injury.
