D. Michael Lyles, City Attorney of City of Annapolis (Office of Law), former Of Counsel, Stroud Priest, LLC, former Executive Director, Prince George’s County Human Relations Commission, former Department Counsel-Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Defense, Office of Hearings and Appeals, former Associate County Attorney, Prince George’s County Office of Law, former Deputy General Counsel, District of Columbia Child & Family Services.
