The Lorain County (Ohio) Bar Association has filed disciplinary charges against a suspended attorney, alleging that they only learned of a felony conviction when he sought reinstatement from a previously imposed indefinite suspension.

The criminal charges involved the weekly delivery of crack cocaine to his residence. (Mike Frisch)
