Ms. Simone provided an amendment to her application regarding a previous professional discipline investigation which she had failed to previously disclose. The Law Society also anonymously received copies of social media posts that the applicant had made in 2020, which included disparaging and inflammatory comments about the Black Lives Matter movement, Pride Day and public health mask mandates. The Law Society initiated two separate investigations regarding these incidents. The matter was referred for a good character hearing under s. 27(4) of the Act. The panel found that Ms. Simone had established current good character because although these incidents were concerning, it found that the professional discipline incident was over 10 years ago during a period of difficulty for Ms. Simone, the social media posts were made over a relatively short period of time in 2020, no further incidents of concern regarding good character had occurred since then, Ms. Simone acknowledged the concerning nature of this conduct, and she had sought out various forms of professional and other support. The concurring panellist agreed that the licence applicant had established her current good character, but found that the incidents involving the previous regulator were 10 years in the past and had been acknowledged by the applicant, and further, that the social media posts did not constitute misconduct and that licensees should not take this case to suggest that they remain silent on the issues of the day. Neither party sought costs and none were ordered.

These thugs should be in prison indefinitely, but since that’s unfair to tax payers, they should be released on a deserted island to fend for themselves. You’ll see how fast they start turning on and beating each other. Poetic justice.

Is anyone else fed up and nauseated by the Left Breakfast Television morning show? All morning…..Black Lives Matter…..every morning Covid 19 draconian living, but now they’re making it FUN and our NEW NORMAL. And don’t forget the full-on coverage of the DEVASTATION of no Pride Day parade and the Impact on those people, the ones who will SUE THE DAYLIGHTS out of you if you own a bakery and decline to bake an LGBTQ cake, this practice supported by govt. I can’t get enough of Ford’s continued lockdown of our province, or the wondrous graffiti depicting the beauty of our masked faces, or the updates on vaccine progression and gun ban. And If we’re lucky? We get a special showcase treat of an entertainer singing or dancing in support of any one of the above issues!! Have you had your dose of BT yet today?

I am officially in the twilight zone. I just exited Sobeys on Broadview when I attempted to enter I was told that I could not enter unless I donned a mask. I stated would not don a mask that I could not don a mask. I was refused entry. At this point another shopper turned to me and said, in the most condescending manner, “Honey put on a mask”. I requested to speak to the manager. He arrived and from 10 to 15 feet away asked me the reason why I could not don a mask, in the presence of several other shoppers. I was forced to disclose my personal medical reasons for not donning a mask; even if I didn’t have a medical reason I don’t want to wear a mask. I do not want to cover my nose and mouth especially in the absence of any symptoms associated with a virus . He announced that if I in fact had a medical reason then I would be permitted entry into the store. This is the same store where their big bully of a stock boy jumped in front of me last week to stop me from entering the store because there wasn’t enough distance between myself and the person walking in front of me. I hadn’t realized that the virus now exists a person’s ass as opposed to their mouth. Since the data does not support the directive, I do not want to cover my nose and mouth and make this my new normal, as I believe this is nothing other than a symbol of enslavement. I’m totally creeped out by the sight of the majority of people walking around masked, totally programmed by the media. What’s it going to take to stop this??
