Witnesses For The Prosecution And Defense In Giuliani Bar Case

District of Columbia Disciplinary Counsel has filed its designation of witnesses in the Rudy Giuliani prosecution.

In addition to Respondent, the witnesses will be University of Virginia Law Professor Daniel Ortiz and Matthew Sanderson of Caplin & Drysdale who will “review and analyze” the legal issues in the asserted frivolous litigation.

Respondent lists 17 witnesses including Christina Bobb, Jenna Ellis, Pam Bondi, Corey Lewandowski, Peter Navarro and Bernard Kerik but no Sydney Powell.

Disciplinary Counsel also has filed a pre-hearing memorandum on the anticipated defenses.

A transcript of a pre-hearing conference in the Jeffrey Clark prosecution has also been posted.
