A Jerk
A series of alcohol-related criminal convictions drew a year and a day suspension by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
His 2018 arrest involved a DUI where his blood alcohol content tested at .297. He had failed to report the resulting conviction to bar authorities as required.
After that arrest, Respondent was charged with and pled guilty to three other offenses, including Retail Theft from Pa. Wine and Spirits.
The Disciplinary Review Board also noted a pattern of fiscal responsibility.
Although his participation in the disciplinary proceedings was spotty, he did attend a prehearing conference where he was “very standoffish” and “rudely interrupt[ed]” others.
And he called the Board’s Special Counsel a “jerk.” (Mike Frisch)
