The Michigan Attorney Discipline Board has ordered an automatic interim suspension for a felony conviction

On June 7, 2022, respondent pleaded no contest to gross indecency between male and female persons, a felony, in violation of MCL 750.338B, in a matter titled People of the State of Michigan v Scott Alan Mund, 14th Circuit Court, Muskegon County, Case No. 2021-004920-FH. Respondent’s plea was accepted by the court the same day. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent’s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
