District of Columbia Disciplinary Counsel has filed a consent motion for a status conference in the Giuliani bar prosecution

Because of a recent medical diagnosis, it appears that the hearing cannot be conducted as currently scheduled and may need to be postponed until the end of November or December.

The motion seeks a hearing this week but

Since the discussion may involve sensitive medical information, the parties suggest that the conference be conducted telephonically.
