The New Jersey Supreme Court has vacated a public censure imposed on June 7, 2022.

The censure had come too late

And the Court having decided on June 1, 2022, to censure respondent and to order him to pay restitution as determined by the Disciplinary Review Board, and the Court’s Order having been filed on June 7, 2022;

And the Court having been informed on June 10, 2022, that respondent died on May 23, 2022;

And the death of respondent having abated the disciplinary proceedings against him;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the Order of discipline…filed June 7, 2022, is hereby vacated, and the disciplinary proceedings against respondent are dismissed…
