Attention DC Bar Members

Annual membership dues – as always – were due on July 15.

For the first time in my 47 years of membership, no paper bills are being sent out. Also, so far as I am aware, I never received any notice of this change.

I had relied on paper bills to remind me it was that time of the year.

When I realized that the due date had passed, I found it easy to pay online.

Just a reminder to my D.C. colleagues of the change. Particularly those who rely on their firm or organization to pony up, be careful that this obligation doesn’t slip through the cracks. (Mike Frisch)
