NBC2 (Naples)  reported on the arrest

Sara Black and Ralph Colledge were arrested in July after an investigation launched in May.

According to their arrest affidavits, Black and Colledge performed sex acts with the 10-year-old for several months, often in Colledge’s home. Black had the little boy touch her breasts and her vagina, and in one case, Black, Colledge, and the little boy engaged in sex together — Colledge told the boy what to do, according to detectives.

Colledge also explained to the child, “it was their secret,” according to the affidavit.

Black is a registered nurse in Florida. The Department of Health sent a letter to the Collier County Clerk of Court informing them of her license in the state. At last check, it was still active.
