Crimes Draw Suspension

A three-year suspension based on stipulations of misconduct has been imposed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The misconduct involved two instances of criminal conduct.

The first was a February 2019 DUI conviction that was not reported to bar authorities as required by rule.

The second involved an arrest in November 2019 for terroristic threats and stalking

On October 16, 17 and 21, 2019, Respondent called her former psychiatrist and left no fewer than 17 voice messages and numerous text messages containing vulgar language, anti-Semetic remarks and threats to physically harm and kill her former psychiatrist.

As a result, probation in the DUI case was revoked. (Mike Frisch)
