Extremely Offensive Or Provocative

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility has imposed a public censure for an attorney’s “conflict of interest by engaging in sexualized conversation and conduct” with a domestic relations client.

The attorney had plead guilty to simple assault for intentional or knowing physical contact with a client that would be considered by a reasonable person as “extremely offensive or provocative.” (Mike Frisch)
