Track Night In America

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has accepted and imposed a consent year and a day suspension.

The attorney drove his personal vehicle Subaru WRX on “Track Night in America” night at the Pittsburgh International Racing Complex in Wampum Pa.  

He hit a guardrail and damaged the car. 

The next day he advised his insurer that the car was damaged as he was bringing pizza to his girlfriend and swerved to avoid hitting a deer.

The insurer paid over $21,000 for repairs.

It sold the car and suffered a loss of nearly $13,000. 

A criminal complaint was filed and the attorney was granted an accelerated rehabilitative disposition with conditions. (Mike Frisch)
