Attention Witnesses called or subpoenaed to testify at this hearing: DO NOT WATCH THIS HEARING UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN FINALLY DISMISSED FROM THE CASE. The Grievance Commission has issued a sequestration order requiring that all witnesses remain sequestered in this matter. That means that witnesses cannot speak to each other, nor can they listen to, watch, or discuss the testimony of other witnesses until the conclusion of their own testimony in the case.

This is a real public service that a number of bar discipline regimes are adopting in response to the COVID crisis.
