The Indiana Supreme Court imposed a stayed suspension for a misdemeanor conviction

Respondent pled guilty to disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, arising from a domestic altercation at her home. Respondent has two prior convictions for OWI, one of which predates her bar admission.

For Respondent’s professional misconduct, the Court suspends Respondent from the practice of law for a period of 90 days, beginning on the date of this order, all stayed subject to completion of at least two years of probation with JLAP monitoring.
