O R D E R

It appearing that respondent’s criminal conviction was overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States, it is

ORDERED that the previously-imposed interim suspension in this matter is vacated. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the disciplinary proceeding initiated under D.C. Bar R. XI, § 10, is dismissed.
