A public reprimand from the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers
On May 14, 2019, the respondent admitted to sufficient facts in the Newton District Court to charges of trespassing in violation of M.G.L. c. 266, § 120, and resisting arrest in violation of M.G.L. c. 268, § 32B. The conviction arose from the respondent’s conduct in failing to obey verbal commands and engaging in a foot chase and struggle when officers
tried to place him in custody for trespassing. The case was continued without a finding until May 14, 2020, and the respondent was placed on probation with conditions, including a $65 restitution payment.
