An Illinois attorney has filed a motion consenting to disbarment

On January 10, 2014, this Court issued an order and mandate suspending Movant from the practice of law for two years and until he completed a professionalism seminar for conduct including neglect of client matters, dishonesty with opposing counsel, and mishandling of client funds (In re Bahrmasel, M.R. 26267, 2008PR00086). Prior to the effective date of Movant’s suspension, Movant was the sole proprietor of the law firm Kamin and Bahrmasel, with a physical office address in Chicago, a facsimile number, and a business and client fund account. As of the effective date of Movant’s suspension, Movant’s former partner, Emil Kamin, was deceased, and Movant was the only lawyer operating under the entity of Kamin and Bahrmasel.

He admitted using the names and identification numbers of two attorneys to engage in unauthorized practice 0f law. (Mike Frisch)
