The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has granted two reinstatement petitions.

One petitioner had been convicted of a federal false statement in connection with a scheme to sell fraudulent time shares t o buyers who “had no intentions of keepig their units.

He was suspended on an interim basis in 1989 and received a two-year suspension retroactive to 1989 in 1991.

He had attributed his con
