Pennsylvania Disbars Attorney Admitted in 2012
A career at the law that began with an attorney;s August 2012 admission ended in disbarment imposed last week by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The attorney had been administratively suspended for failure to comply with CLE requirements in 2015 and acted as an attorney in two matters.
Pennsylvania, unlike some other jurisdictions, treats unauthorized practice while administratively suspended as serious misconduct.
He also was convicted of two driving under the influence offenses and had failed to report the convictions to the Bar.
Finally, he defaulted on the disciplinary charges. (Mike Frisch)
