The Bondsman’s Unrequited Toil

A consent agreement has been approved by the Wyoming Supreme Court resolving a matter involving an allegation of unauthorized practice.

The matter involved a bail bondsman who filed a petition to revoke bond and surrender the defendant. 

The agreement appears to provide that he will refrain from future unauthorized practice and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee will not prosecute him for the lapse.
