An attorney convicted of felony aggravated assault has consented to disbarment in Arizona.

The agreement accepted by the Presiding Disciplinary Judge stipulated that “[d]uring a day of  drinking” the attorney had agrued with his wife which led to him “punching her in the face, striking her in the head and stabbing her in the arm.”

He had been suspended as a result of the conviction. (Mike Frisch)
