Busy Bar Docket For D.C. In May

This May will be an unusually busy bar discipline month for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals with five – count em – five such matters on the oral argument calendar.

Notably ( as my erstwhile colleague at Disciplinary Counsel likes to say) five different attorneys will argue these cases.

Moreover, one of the cases will be argued by the Disciplinary Counsel himself on May 17, something that never happened in the past two administrations.
