An attorney admitted misconduct ans was disbarred by the Colorado Presiding Disciplinary Judge

In May 2017, a Delaware jury convicted Smith of one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child; one count of sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust, authority, or supervision in the second degree; and three counts of unlawful sexual contact in the first degree. Smith was sentenced to ten years in the custody of Delaware’s department of corrections.
