An attorney admitted in 1971 has been charged with misconduct in a termination of parental rights case by the North Carolina State Bar.

He is alleged to have misrepresented when he first learned of the facts of the case and the reasons for a continuance.

Further, it is alleged that he “went behind the Judge’s bench without permission and misrepresented that he had permission to go behing the Judge’s bench.”

Also alleged is the failure to stand up when speaking to the judge, failure to “yield gracefully” to judicial rulings and talking over the judge. (Mike Frisch)
