The Law Society of Upper Canada Tribunal Hearing Division accepted the license surrender of an attorney who engaged in misconduct that involved 

• abdicating his professional responsibilities by failing to supervise his law practice and in particular by delegating complete care and control over all trust and general account activity, maintenance of books and records, daily practice administration, and real estate files and transactions to his law clerk, which enabled his law clerk to misappropriate and misapply funds;

• allowing a non-lawyer to use his e-reg™ diskette and disclosing his personalized ereg™ pass phrase to a non-lawyer employee.
