Stealing From Colon And Rectal Center Draws Interim Suspension

The Ohio Supreme Court has suspended an attorney for failure to respond to a bar complaint.

The certification of default by the Board of Professional Conduct states that the attorney was the office manager to the Central Ohio Colon and Rectal Center. She used her access to company records to misappropriate $257, 132 and has been convicted of aggravated theft.

The interim suspension is imposed prior to final sanction. (Mike Frisch)
