Facing The Music

The North Carolina State Bar has filed a complaint alleging misconduct that took place after the attorney began abusing opiates in 2012.

He began drug rehabilitation after a 2012 arrest on drug and driving charges that were deferred but later “relapsed into drug abuse.”

He then “broke into a friend’s residence when the friend was not present and stole the friend’s musical equipment.” He then sold the stolen items to a pawnshop to get money to purchase drugs.

He was arrested, returned to a drug program and pled guilty to the theft.

He was sentence to supervised probation. (Mike Frisch)
