Deck Chairs On TheTitanic
The Ohio Supreme Court has granted a motion of the Bar Association to immediately suspend an attorney admitted in November 2011.
Among the many allegation in the 42-page motion, it is noted that the attorney was employed by a law firm practicing in the area of criminal and domestic relations law.
He allegedly took fees due to the firm and is the subject of a grand jury investigation.
The theft from his employer…is just the tip of the iceberg, That is simply how the mistreatment of Respondent’s clients came to light.
He is alleged to have continued to practice after suspension and operate without a trust account. (Mike Frisch)
