The Maryland Court of Appeals has denied the reinstatement petition of an attorney disbarred in 2011

Disbarment was the appropriate sanction for an attorney who engaged in professional misconduct, in violation of MRPC 3.3(a)(1) and 8.4(c) and (d), when he intentionally misrepresented his residency status in applications for pro hac vice admissions to California state and federal courts, as well as third parties.
