The Delaware Supreme Court has disbarred an attorney who misappropriated less than $2,000 from his law firm.

The misconduct occurred in the wake of a 25% salary reduction that his law firm instituted in response to the economic recession. 

He had previously been suspended for a year. (Mike Frisch)
