Kritzer on Lawyers at Work

Herbert M. Kritzer (U. Minn., Law) has published a new volume Lawyers at Work, collecting and updating his 35 years of empirical and theoretical study of attorneys in action, including daily office work, use of expert Kritzer ebook front Cover interior smallest reswitnesses, contingency fees, “professionalism,” sanctions, and international comparisons. He’s known as one of the most insightful and sustained researchers in law and political science on the legal occupation and professional literature.
