A Utah attorney never admitted in Wyoming has gotten a public censure from the Wyoming Supreme Court.

The attorney entered his appearance as counsel to defendants in four Wyoming cases without seeking pro hac vice admission. As a result, the public defender withdrew as counsel in one of the cases.

The attorney withdrew from all of the cases as well.
