Sometimes we see bar discipline cases where the escrow account violations amount to what is referred to as robbing Peter to pay Paul.

The North Carolina State Bar has just filed a complaint alleging that an attorney engaged in misconduct by his failure to disburse funds, conversion and submission of false documentation in response to the resulting bar investigation.
